By using laptoplifeline.com, unlock.laptoplifeline.com, or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1 Services

Laptop Lifeline provides professional services including device unlocking, data recovery, cleaning, and system preparation.

Pricing:

Base Service Fee: $30

Optional Add-ons: Available and priced individually during checkout.

Shipping: Estimated using AI-based calculations from our location to yours.

Important Notices:

  • Windows User Password Reset is guaranteed with warranty.
  • Data recovery is not guaranteed. Some or all data may be unrecoverable due to prior damage or formatting.
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when submitting their device request form. Incorrect or incomplete details can cause processing delays or additional costs.
  • Laptop Lifeline reserves the right to decline service for any reason, including high weekly demand, inaccurate submissions, or suspected fraud.

2 Payments & Shipping

All services and shipping must be paid before work begins.

Shipping rates are estimated automatically using AI-based tools and may vary slightly from final carrier rates.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses, device information, and contact details at the time of submission. Laptop Lifeline is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect customer input.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers.

3 Customer Responsibilities

By submitting a device, you confirm that:

  • You are the lawful owner or have full authorization to request service.
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You understand and accept that some services carry inherent risks, including data loss or hardware failure.
  • You will not hold Laptop Lifeline responsible for issues arising from pre-existing device conditions.

4 Refunds, Warranty & Liability

General Policy

Refunds may be issued only at Laptop Lifeline's sole discretion and only for services not yet performed. Service fees cover time, diagnostics, and labor already invested.

Limited Service Warranty

For Windows laptops that are:

  • Fully functional
  • Supplied with a compatible charger
  • Not BIOS-locked, and
  • Only user-locked

Laptop Lifeline guarantees successful unlocking. If the device cannot be unlocked under these specific conditions, you will receive a full $30 refund, and the laptop will be returned.

This warranty applies only to that unlocking service and does not extend to other services or devices.

Liability Limitation

If a device cannot be repaired, unlocked, or returned in the same condition due to pre-existing issues, hardware faults, or normal risks of service, Laptop Lifeline's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. No further claims, damages, or lawsuits may be pursued beyond the service fee. This limitation applies to all services performed under the Laptop Lifeline name, including work done by subcontractors or affiliates.

5 Data Recovery Disclaimer

While every reasonable effort is made to recover customer data, data recovery success cannot be guaranteed. Laptop Lifeline does not assume liability for unrecoverable or corrupted data. By requesting data recovery, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

9 Service Availability & Refusals

Laptop Lifeline may decline service requests at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Periods of high demand
  • Inaccurate or incomplete submissions
  • Devices that cannot be safely or legally serviced

We aim to communicate any service delays or rejections promptly and professionally.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and website content are provided "as-is" without express or implied warranties, except for the specific Windows unlock warranty stated above. Laptop Lifeline does not guarantee any other outcome or result. All services carry inherent risks related to data integrity, hardware condition, and shipping.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laptop Lifeline disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
